Interview: Adoption Crisis Calls for Foster Heroes

Our staff, board and little Archie recently took to the airwaves on KBEY Marble Falls to chat about something close to our hearts here at Highland Lakes Canine Rescue. During the broadcast, we dished how we've got plans to adapt to the tough adoption climate and still provide assistance to dogs we haven't yet reached. But we need your help!

Shelters and rescues across the nation are facing record low adoption rates that quickly become overpopulated in our post-COVID world.

We're on the lookout for foster families. Imagine all the puppy cuddles without the financial stress – that's what our foster program offers. You provide the love and socialization and we cover all the expenses. It's a win-win situation that helps us save even more lives.
