She used to deliver mail to our rescue. Now she delivers hope every single day.
Katie never imagined that a stop on her mail route would completely change her life, but three years later, she's still here, and we couldn't be more grateful. As an HLCR lab tech, Katie manages medication schedules, physical therapy, and the quiet, steady work of helping scared and broken dogs feel safe. She even brings her own dogs in to teach the shelter pups how to trust, play, and just be dogs again.
"We may not change and save all dogs, but for these dogs, it changes the world for them."
