Cosmo is a small mixed breed with a rough past and a gentle soul that's still learning to trust the world. Rescued from a severe hoarding situation with approximately 100 other dogs, Cosmo has experienced trauma that shaped who he is today, but it doesn't define his future.
Cosmo is not a dog for everyone. He is extremely anxious in new environments and with unfamiliar people, and he has a bite history stemming from fear. When cornered, grabbed, or overwhelmed, Cosmo will defend himself. He requires an experienced adopter who understands fearful and reactive dogs.
