Casper is a 15 lb Bichon Frise who was found as a stray in Bandera County. He's seven years old, completely deaf, housebroken, fixed, and healthy. Casper is gentle and affectionate, and he likes to stay close to his person, following from room to room like a small, fluffy shadow.
Casper has non-destructive separation anxiety, so he barks and whines when left alone but doesn't damage anything. A house is a better fit for him than an apartment. He'll do best in a calm home with older children and relaxed pets, or as the only dog. If you're home often and want a loyal companion, Casper is ready to meet you.
